KayaRadar Terms of Service

1. Service

KayaRadar provides market analyses, product proposals, sourcing and store-building tools. Displayed estimates (ad spend, sales, margins) are computed from public data; they are neither a guarantee of results nor financial advice.

2. Account and store access

The merchant remains the sole owner of their store and data. Access can be revoked at any time by uninstalling the app from the Shopify admin. All content is created as drafts; publishing remains the merchant's decision.

3. Pricing

The Shopify app is free to install. Advanced KayaRadar features are offered by subscription on kayadigital.store, billed outside Shopify, with a trial period. No charge is made through Shopify.

4. Acceptable use

KayaRadar must not be used to unlawfully copy protected content, mislead consumers, or circumvent Shopify, Meta or Google policies. Generated texts must be reviewed by the merchant before publishing.

5. Liability

KayaRadar is provided "as is". Izibex SARL is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of recommendations. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last three months.

6. Governing law

Cameroonian law, courts of Douala, without prejudice to the merchant's mandatory rights in their country. Privacy policy: privacy.html.
